Obama administration continues to harass Arizona

In the past 3 months, the Obama administration sued the state of Arizona to enjoin state enforcement of federal immigration law, sued an Arizona sheriff in an immigration probe, and sued an Arizona community college for asking job applicants for their work permits.

Now, this:

Arizona's education chief says the federal government has launched an investigation into whether the state discriminates against teachers who are nonnative English speakers.

The probe was launched by the U.S. Departments of Justice and Education. It's the most recent of several federal investigations aimed at Arizona, which has been in the spotlight for its law targeting illegal immigrants, Senate Bill 1070.

Obviously, the Obama administration is on a campaign to chill anti-immigration activities in Arizona.

Apparently, in Obama-world, the first amendment only protects those who would build a mosque at Ground Zero.
