50 leading Muslim groups: Opposition to NY mosque is “unethical, insensitive, inhumane”

Of course, they forgot that opposition to the Ground Zero mosque is also protected by the First Amendment.

If these groups truly want to join non sectarian, pluralistic, democratic American society, they need to accept that their right to build a mosque does not preclude their critics from speaking out against it.

By the way, on the subject on "insensitivity" - - how about being sensitive to the families of 9/11 victims whose body parts were found scattered on the ground through out all of lower Manhattan. And, "inhumane"? That's blowing up office buildings, not opposing construction of a mosque where your brother's arm was found.
