Low expectations

The foreclosure crisis leveled off in May as the number of people facing foreclosure was nearly flat from a year ago, according to RealtyTrac, a private foreclosure listing service.

Our expectations for this administration are now so low that "no increase" in record foreclosure rates is considered good news.

Of course, eventually the foreclosure rate will decrease, after all the unemployed, over extended and insolvent are thrown out of their homes, and there's no one left to foreclose.

Will that be touted as "good news"?
