Before being given “more U.S. troops” so we can “win the war in Afghanistan”, shouldn’t they tell us what they mean by “win”?
If it means “capture Osama and his leadership”, great. If it means “set up a western style democracy”, that will never happen, and it’s not worth one more American life to try.
