Remember when . . .

Remember when real increases in Medicare and Medicaid spending were considered cuts, if the increases did not exceed the rate of inflation?

Now, Obama plans to "slash" Medicare and Medicaid by $313 billion as part of "healthcare reform".

Where are all the Senators who fought spending increases at less than the rate of inflation as insufficient? as heartless? as "letting the poor and elderly die"?
