Health insurance reform

It started out as a drive for "universal health care".

Then, it became "health care reform".

Now, it's "health insurance reform".

Sometime this fall, a hodge-podge package of new regulations and impossible mandates, entitled "health insurance reform", will be signed into law.

Obama will declare victory.

Everyone else will know better.
