"President Barack Obama's healthcare reform drive suffered a setback on Thursday when Senate leaders said they would not pass it before a month-long August recess, but Obama urged lawmakers to keep working toward approval by the end of the year."
It started out as a drive for "universal health care".
Then, it became "health care reform".
Now, it's "health insurance reform".
Sometime this fall, a hodge-podge package of new regulations and impossible mandates, entitled "health insurance reform", will be signed into law.
Obama will declare victory.
Everyone else will know better.
