Last week, the left was laughing over Alaska Gov. Palin's reference to the "department of law" (what it's called in Alaska), instead of calling it the "legal department" or "attorney general's office", as proof that she's a moron.
Today, the right will ask about any silly sounding thing Supreme Court nominee Sotomayor ever said or wrote.
Why do our political and media "leaders" focus exclusively on the nonsense?
