What will you do with your check?

When Bush gave out his $350 to $500 stimulus checks, they were rightly mocked. (Was it John Stewart who asked, "What are you doing with your check, opening a steel mill?")

Now, Obama's going to give out $500, too. But, in the form of weekly payroll tax withholding decreases, in increments of approximately $10.
