more of the same - - something for everyone and new record deficits down the road.

Change? Not much. It's all been tried before. I guess they just want to look busy until the business cycle corrects itself.
But, it is amazingly similar to the plan BUSH would have fashioned - - cut taxes, increase spending, and ignore deficits.
