Using the oil spill to push the energy bill

Obama is now using the oil spill to push his energy bill through Congress without close examination.

I don't think the public wants Obama to use the oil spill to push his energy bill.

I think the public wants Obama to use all the power and authority of the federal government to see that the leak is plugged, using the military if necessary.

Obama may be running the risk that people will start thinking Obama doesn't mind the leak, it it helps pass his energy proposals.
