Corrupt Congressman Charlie Rangel has temporarily stepped aside as Chairman of House Ways and Means Committee . . . to be replaced by Corrupt Congressman Pete Stark as the new “temporary” Chairman.
Stark is currently under investigation by the Office of Congressional Ethics for his own tax issues.
