Jobs for votes?

Obama has nominated University of Utah law professor Scott Matheson to a judgeship on the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. It's rare for an academic to be appointed to the second highest courts in the land. (The circuit courts are directly under the United States Supreme Court.)

Guess what? Matheson is the brother of Congressman Jim Matheson, one of the conservative Democrats that Obama must convince to vote in favor of Obamacare.

This isn't what we had in mind when we demanded Obama create new jobs.

By the way - - which is worse, the obvious bribery or the clear cronyism?
