Obama "nearing" decision to send more troops to Afghanistan

In other words, Obama is going to send more troops to Afghanistan.

But, he doesn't want to announce it until after his latest trip abroad, to avoid any less than favorable foreign media coverage.

Explain that to the U.S. troops in Afghanistan, waiting for relief and guidance in mission limbo.
