Artur Davis is an African American Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Alabama's 7th congressional district. That means Davis is a definite 'Yes' vote on Obamacare, right?
"I don't think there are 218 votes there right now," said Rep. Artur Davis, D-Ala., citing the number needed to pass the House. Davis, who is running for governor of Alabama next year, planned to vote no because of concerns about the bill's impact on business, and its funding."

If folks like Davis are voting 'No', Obamacare will not pass both houses of Congress without substantial revision.
