Many, many kids already get free breakfast in school.
Now, they're also going to get free lunch and free dinner at school.
This will be at federal expense pursuant to federal mandate.
No one can any longer seriously contest the theory that the federal government is getting involved in too many activities beyond the scope of its proper limited role.
