Illegals and Obamacare

Great. Then add a provision stating that, add another provision requiring proof of citizenship or legal residency, add a third provision establishing penalties for registering or providing services to illegals, etc., etc.

Unfortunately, those and similar proposed provisions of the health care reform bill were rejected in Congressional committee. And, that's a fact, not a "phony claim".
