Nuclear weapons: We're not the problem

The Obama administration is unveiling a new nuclear weapons policy that seeks to narrow the circumstances under which the United States would use such weapons while preserving long-standing assurances of nuclear protection for allies, U.S. officials said.

No real established modern nation with nuclear weapons is the problem. History shows that they only use nuclear weapons in dire circumstances.

The problem - - and the reasonable fear - - is terrorist groups and rogue states with nuclear weapons.

And, terrorist groups and rogue states are continuing their efforts to develop nuclear weapons while the administration continues putting on a feel-good show for the cameras.
