Pakistan’s Army said Monday that a US military aid cut worth some $800 million won’t affect its ability to conduct combat operations. Unless we give them billions in military aid, the Pakistani military will "retreat to a more hostile anti-U.S. position"?
Then they're not our ally in the first place.
