If we're going to have open government . . .

why do they sneak important foreign policy changes into unrelated omnibus bills that they hope no one reads?

    Same with the stimulus bill. It was full of medical and other regulatory changes. Things most people would not support... not to mention, some made creating jobs more expensive... so it was anti stimulative...
